What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is an immersive healing experience where you’re “bathed” in vibration. Using crystal bowls, ocean drums, chimes, and other healing instruments, sound travels through the body to quiet the mind, release emotional blocks, and calm the nervous system. In this state, the body can enter a depth of rest and repair that goes beyond ordinary sleep.
